About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Research Executive who can support the sales team by identifying potential businesses, researching decision-makers, building verified prospect databases and initiating relevant outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential businesses based on defined target segments.
• Identify companies that may require SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management or website development.
• Find relevant Founders, CEOs, Directors and Marketing Heads.
• Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps and company websites.
• Collect and verify business contact details.
• Create and maintain organised prospect databases.
• Initiate personalised cold email and LinkedIn communication.
• Track prospect status, responses and outreach activities.
• Identify interested prospects and pass them to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare lead generation reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation or Business Development Research.
• Experience in prospecting for digital marketing or IT services.
• Basic understanding of all major digital marketing services.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email verification tools.
• Ability to research decision-makers and verify contact information.
• Good written communication and data management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
