Business Development Representative - India + SAARC

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive our outbound prospecting efforts across the India & SAARC regions. About 90% of this role involves connecting with prospects via telephone and email — and setting up qualified calendar meetings for our sales team. The remaining 10% involves occasional in-person meetings with key prospects, attending seminars, exhibitions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage potential clients across India & SAARC regions through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and book calendar meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline in the CRM
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects
• Occasionally meet prospects in person to strengthen engagement

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or business development role
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven track record of booking meetings and generating qualified leads
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
