• Restaurants and Hotels.
• Tour and Travel Agencies
• Retail Outlets and Shops
• Automobile Agencies / Showrooms / Garage
• Salon / Beauticians / Boutique
• Theme Parks / Theatres / Public Entertainment set ups

• Professional Services

  Astrologers / Doctors / Veterinarians / Chartered Accountants / etc.

And other businesses within your city / nearby locations

Job Purpose

Business Development and “New Market” & “Emerging Market” Business Development and Client Acquisition.

Generate Business through networking with Business Heads / Business Owners.

This is strictly a “Commission Based” association only and not a fixed salaried job. Please do study the key terms of association below.

Anyone who can contribute parallely with his current assignment or through part time or is a Home Based Entrepreneur.

Main Accountabilities

Role Requisites

Business Development

• Generating business by coordinating with local business connects.
• Cross selling services offered by “Udbhabana Business Solutions”, focus shall be on Business development of “

Brand Positioning

• Position brand “

  in the domain of expertise and generate brand awareness within the local and adjoining cities / territories.
• Brand Value Preposition through customized Digytech solutions and position “

  as one of the prominent business partners.

Key Points of Association

Rule of Association

• This is a “Commission Based Assignment”.
• Incumbent shall be responsible for Business Development and Client Acquisition with Udbhabana Business Solutions.
• Incumbent shall receive a 100 percent payout within 72 banking hours upon receipt of 100 percent payment from the client, after statutory deductions if any, through bank transfer only.

Recurring Commissions

• Recurring commissions are projects where Udbhabana Business Solutions are associated on a monthly delivery model and here the incumbent shall receive the said recurring commission every month, post payment by the client.
• Statutes shall be applicable as per law.

One-Time Commissions

• One time projects are projects where Udbhabana Business Solutions are associated for one specific project or task, and here the incumbent shall receive the said recurring commission every month, post payment by the client.
• Statutes shall be applicable as per law.

Payout Timelines

• Payouts shall be through bank transfers only, or as discussed during joining, and shall attract TDS or any form of mandatory local statutes.
• Payout shall be released within 72 banking hours after the receipt of 100 percent payment from the client.

Desired Professional Attributes:

• Incumbents with atleast one year of Business Development of any IT based service, however not a compulsion though.
• Must have a great networking connect with local businesses.
• Should be smart to understand the local businesses challenges and advise Digital Marketing and Tech solutions, as appropriate.

Please note that this commission-based role is for Digital Marketing Services from Udbhabana Business Solutions, however incumbents must be aware of the bouquet of services offered by Udbhabana Business Solutions, and if the incumbent makes a cross selling for any of the following services, besides Digital Marketing, then the incumbent has the potential to earn commissions as per the table mentioned below:

Note:-

• Payouts mentioned above are on Gross Payout for Udbhabana Business Solutions only and excludes any sub-outsourced fee for the said project, if applied.

• Potential good performers will be given an option / invitation, to associate with us, with the same Variable Commissions and a fixed monthly salary component, after six months of successful and good performing association

• This opportunity is valid for Business Development association and related commissions within India only, if an incumbent generates overseas or international business, for which commissions will be discussed and finalized, case-to-case.
