Business Development Officer - Prepaid Wallet

Locations: Bangalore

Experience: *2+ Years in Field Sales / Business Development/ B2B/B2C Sales preferably in Fintech/Digital Payments Industry.*

Qualification: Any Graduate

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary: Responsible for acquiring new customers and merchants, driving prepaid wallet adoption, increasing wallet activations and transaction volumes, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

*Mandatory Requirements:*

*- Experience in Field Sales / Business Development / B2B / B2C Sales, preferably in the Fintech or Digital Payments industry.*

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.

- Ability to generate leads, onboard customers, and achieve sales targets.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.

* Preferred: Experience in digital payments, prepaid wallets, UPI, POS products, or fintech sales. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.*

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and acquire new customers, merchants, and business partners.

- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

- Explain prepaid wallet features and support customer onboarding and activation.

- Drive wallet usage, transaction volumes, and customer engagement.

- Build and maintain strong customer and merchant relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and activation targets.

- Monitor market trends and maintain sales activity reports.
