Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop corporate and institutional partnerships, and manage placement activities for a banking and financial services training institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with colleges, educational institutions, banks, NBFCs, and corporate organisations.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and build long-term business relationships.
• Drive revenue growth through B2B sales, networking, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate placement drives, campus recruitment activities, and employer interactions.
• Build relationships with recruiters and companies to generate placement opportunities for students.
• Manage candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, employer feedback, and placement follow-ups.
• Maintain business pipelines, placement records, MIS reports, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business development and placement targets.
• Travel locally for client meetings, institutional visits, and placement drives as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to achieve business targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and placement activities.
