A. Architect & Interior Designer Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers and design consultants. Generate new business opportunities through architect and ID networks. Conduct regular meetings, presentations and product demonstrations. Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and office projects. Build a strong architect and interior designer network in Mumbai. Drive architect registrations, project registrations and repeat business. Ensure regular follow-ups and conversion of architect-generated leads. B. Facility Management & Corporate Sales Develop business relationships with Facility Management (FM) companies and corporate clients.
