Business Development Manager – Software Sales

We are hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in software sales, SaaS solutions, or IT services to drive new business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
• Research prospective clients and engage key decision-makers.
• Sell software products, SaaS solutions, and custom software development services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain client relationships and a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in software sales, IT services sales, SaaS sales, or technology business development.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition, and deal closure.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
