Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance and Workforce Management software solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling or demonstrating HRMS/Payroll software, preferably to manufacturing industries, factories, export houses and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and approach manufacturing units, factories, export houses and corporate clients.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HRMS and Payroll solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close software deals.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups and long-term client relationships.

HRMS & Payroll Product Knowledge

• Independently conduct HRMS software demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Explain Core HR, Attendance, Shift Management, Overtime, Leave, Payroll and Employee Self-Service modules.
• Understand factory workforce management, contractor attendance and payroll processes.
• Discuss statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and related compliance processes.
• Coordinate with product and implementation teams for client-specific requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably HRMS or Payroll solutions.
• Practical experience in HRMS/Payroll software demonstrations and client handling.
• Strong understanding of Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Shift and Workforce Management processes.
• Ability to independently conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations and sales closures.
• Good communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and sales targets.
• Graduate / MBA / BBA or relevant qualification.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience selling HRMS, Payroll or Workforce Management software.
• Existing connections with HR Heads, Factory HR Managers or manufacturing organizations.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour compliance processes.
• Experience with manufacturing or factory-based workforce solutions.

Location Preference - Candidates currently residing in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad or nearby Delhi NCR areas will be preferred.

Regular office attendance and client visits are required.
