Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management within HORECA or related industries.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and contract negotiation to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and deliver compelling presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in the wedding, events, hospitality, or furnishings industry is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a growth-oriented mindset aligned with Tent Studio’s values.
