Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships for our HealthTech SaaS solutions.

The candidate will identify potential customers, build relationships with hospitals and dialysis centers, generate business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities with hospitals, dialysis centers, nephrology clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and industry outreach.
• Present and demonstrate Eitonics' healthcare software solutions to prospective clients.
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
• Explore strategic partnerships and new market opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and business development pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and client support.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / BBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication and business development skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in SaaS sales, HealthTech, hospital management software, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, when required.
