Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility management sector, including lead generation, prospecting, and developing relationships with corporate, residential, and institutional clients. The role involves preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, and supporting the onboarding of new accounts. The individual will analyze market trends, track competitors, and recommend strategies to expand service offerings and geographic reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with operations and finance teams to ensure service feasibility and pricing accuracy, and reporting performance metrics to senior management. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling facility management services.
