We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for non-IT staffing in Andheri, Mumbai.
Fixed CTC: ₹14 LPA [+ incentive details]
What you’ll do:
Win new corporate clients for contract and non-IT staffing, negotiate terms, close deals, and hit billing targets.
What we need:
2+ years selling non-IT or contract staffing
New client wins and billing numbers you can share
Notice period of 30 days or less
Not a fit: IT staffing only, delivery or recruitment only, permanent hiring only, executive search only.
Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
