Job Title: Business Development Manager - CASA

Company: Equitas Small Finance Bank

Job Description:

Drive Current and Savings Account (CASA) acquisition.
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Identify market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Lead and support the sales team to improve performance.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies.

Required Candidate Profile:

Any graduate.
Experience in CASA sales and banking business development preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
