Position Overview

We are looking for an enterprise-focused Business Development Manager based at our Mumbai Branch Office to spearhead business growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. The candidate will be responsible for mapping C-level decision-makers across Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, and Insurance institutions in Mumbai, driving sales across Eagles cybersecurity services (24x7 SOC, VAPT, DPDP compliance) and IT solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & BFSI Pipeline Development

• Identify, prospect, and engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Compliance Officers across BFSI hubs in Mumbai (BKC, Lower Parel, Nariman Point, Thane, Navi Mumbai).
• Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline for Eagle's Cybersecurity Services and Managed IT Solutions.
• Leverage regulatory directives (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, and Indias **DPDP Act**) to position relevant security and compliance offerings.
• Position Eagles specialized cybersecurity offerings, including: 24x7 AI-Powered SOC Monitoring (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR); VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing); Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity & Zero Trust Access Monitoring; DPDP Act & ISO 27001 Compliance Advisory
• Drive multi-tier sales cycles: lead generation, consultative pitching, RFP/RFI submissions, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with Delhi Head Office technical leads, SOC analysts, Product Managers and presales teams to craft customized enterprise proposals.

2. Strategic Account & Relationship Management

• Build long-term, high-value relationships with strategic financial accounts in Mumbai.
• Cross-sell and up-sell Eagle's broader IT portfolio, including Managed Services, Third-Party Maintenance (TPM), IT Staff Augmentation, and Enterprise Products (Server/Storage/Networking/Zoho Solutions).

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Annual & Quarterly Revenue Targets achieved within the Mumbai BFSI vertical.
• Cybersecurity Service ACV/TCV generated (SOC subscriptions, VAPT engagements, Managed Security).
• Account Retention & Expansion across newly onboarded BFSI clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Total Experience:12 to 15 years in IT Enterprise Sales, Managed Services, or System Integration.

2.Relevant BFSI Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years specifically selling IT or Cybersecurity solutions to **BFSI clients in the Mumbai region.

3. Language Proficiency:

English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for C-suite presentations and enterprise contract negotiations.

Marathi: Fluent in spoken and written Marathi to build strong local rapport and regional stakeholder engagement.
