Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Develop and pitch customized recruitment solutions to clients.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

7. Provide feedback to the team on market conditions, client needs, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.

2. Strong understanding of the recruitment industry (desirable).

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
