Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across South India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop new business opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
* Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, dealers, and distributors.* Identify and develop project sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.* Expand the dealer and distribution network across the assigned region.* Travel extensively across the assigned region for client meetings, project visits, market development, and business generation.* Conduct product presentations and regular customer visits.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.* Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and submit regular sales reports.

Candidate Requirements:

* 4–5 years of overall sales experience, including 2–3 years in a relevant industry.
* Experience in wallcoverings, interior finishes, architectural products, or building materials preferred.* Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.* Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.* Willingness to undertake frequent travel across the assigned region is mandatory.

Regional Coverage:
* BDM – South India: Based in Bengaluru, covering the complete South Indian market.
