Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with strong B2B expertise to acquire new corporate clients, develop business relationships, expand market opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through networking, market research, LinkedIn, and industry events.

Generate leads and acquire corporate clients, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, exporters, brands, and institutional buyers.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition and closure.

Build long-term client relationships and achieve business development targets.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and expansion opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

8–12 years of relevant Business Development / B2B Sales experience.

Strong B2B client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience in Diamond, Jewellery, Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, Wholesale, Distribution, or related industries.

Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Immediate joiners only.

Willingness to work from the BKC office and attend face-to-face interviews.

Important Candidate Preference

B2B business development experience is essential.

Candidates with primarily showroom sales, retail sales, counter sales, or store operations experience are not preferred.

MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development is an added advantage.

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per month
