HIRING: Business Development Manager

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

• Location: DWARKA, New Delhi
• Working Days: 5 days a week + 2 Saturdays working
• Shifts - Day Shift
• Salary: upto ₹30,000 + Incentives up to ₹40,000
• Interview Mode: WALK-IN only

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and understand their needs and requirements.
• Explain product/service features and confidently address customer queries.
• Engage with interested clients provided by the marketing team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct basic needs and cost-benefit analysis to support customer decisions.
• Handle customer objections professionally and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain a positive and persistent approach throughout the sales process.
• Continuously improve performance based on customer and team feedback.

Qualifications

• Fresher Graduate or Experience candidates can apply
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused and confident personality.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
• Strong persistence and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
