Business Development Lead - International IT Services Sales

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 Days Work from Office)

About the Role

Idyaite is looking for an experienced Business Development Lead with a proven track record in International IT Services Sales and New Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers across Software Development, AI/ML, Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation, Dedicated Development Teams, Staff Augmentation, ODCs, and GCC engagements.

This role requires hands-on experience in the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.

What Makes You a Strong Fit?

• 5-8 years of experience in International IT Services Business Development / Sales
• Proven success in new client acquisition and international business development
• Experience selling Software Development Services, Staff Augmentation, ODCs, or GCC engagements
• Experience working with clients across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and acquire new clients for IT Services and Software Development
• Drive business through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build relationships with CXOs, Founders, CTOs, and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities for Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Teams, ODCs, and GCCs
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and account growth

Required Experience

• Proven experience in International IT Services Sales
• Experience selling software development services to international clients
• Exposure to Staff Augmentation, ODCs, or GCC engagements is highly preferred
• Understanding of offshore delivery models and technology services

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
