Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead with a proven track record in international IT services sales and new client acquisition. The role involves driving business growth across software development, dedicated development teams, Staff Augmentation, ODCs, and GCCs, with a focus on building client relationships and closing new business.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in IT services sales, end-to-end sales cycle management, and international business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT services, software development, AI/ML, cloud, data, and digital transformation.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Build relationships with CXOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, and other technology decision-makers.
• Identify and develop opportunities for Dedicated Development Teams, Staff Augmentation, ODCs, and GCCs.
• Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to develop solutions and proposals.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline, revenue targets, and CRM updates.
• Drive account growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT Services Business Development / B2B Technology Sales.
• Proven experience in selling software development or IT services and acquiring new clients.
• Experience with Dedicated Development Teams, Staff Augmentation, ODCs, or GCCs is highly preferred.
• Experience handling international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Singapore, or Australia is preferred.
• Strong understanding of offshore delivery and India-based technology services.
• Existing relationships with enterprise clients or technology decision-makers will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business solutions.
• Strong business development and entrepreneurial mindset.
