At Serene Experiences, we're building a corporate travel and events business focused on helping organisations manage their business journeys, executive travel, meetings, conferences, incentives and leadership retreats.

And we're looking for energetic, articulate and ambitious individuals who would like to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and approach companies across Noida and the wider NCR corporate market.
• Connect with HR, Administration, Procurement, Travel and other corporate decision-makers.
• Arrange appointments, conduct introductory meetings and present our services.
• Develop relationships, generate enquiries and convert opportunities into business.
• Coordinate travel, hotel, meeting and event proposals in response to client requirements.
• Work with suppliers and service partners to help deliver the business you generate.
• Follow up with clients, maintain sales records and build long-term corporate accounts.

This is a hands-on, client-facing sales role — not a desk-bound reservation job. You'll be actively developing new business and helping ensure that the clients you bring on board receive attentive service.

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates or young professionals with a strong desire to build a career in sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with confident interpersonal and presentation skills.
• A proactive personality, positive attitude and willingness to approach new people.
• Self-motivation, persistence and the ability to work towards business targets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to travel locally for corporate meetings.

A background in hospitality, travel, tourism, business management or sales would be an advantage, but is not essential.
