Job Title: Business Development Executive Job Description: We are seeking a Business Development Executive from a banking sector (CASA). The primary responsibilities of this role will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive the growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach activities - Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present banking products. - Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients - Maintaining a strong pipeline of active opportunities and regularly reporting on progress - Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
