SUMMARY

Business Development Executive Field Sales Apprentice Beauty & Cosmetics

Locations: Kanpur (Retail Store - Based)

Duration: 12-Month Full-Time Apprenticeship

In-Hand Salary: 16,000/month ( 11,500 + 4,500 Govt. Benefit) + 200 Daily TA/DA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local markets and generate leads
Build relationships with retailers and distributors
Conduct product promotions and sampling activities
Drive sales and support product launches
Track sales performance and market trends

Requirements

Graduates (2021 2025 pass - outs)
Freshers can apply
Up to 11 months of sales/field experience accepted
Must reside within 10 km of the assigned store location
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
Male candidates preferred

Benefits
