Job Overview

DollarTraq is looking for experienced Business Development / Inside Sales Executives with knowledge of the US freight and logistics industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with US freight brokerages, 3PLs, or trucking companies and be confident in handling outbound sales, lead generation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based freight brokers, freight forwarders, and trucking companies.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Introduce DollarTraq's SaaS platform and communicate its value to potential customers.
• Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain CRM records and manage prospect follow-ups.
• Build relationships with US-based logistics professionals and decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to convert prospects into customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in US freight brokerage, 3PL, or trucking industry.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in US-market cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Understanding of carrier onboarding, vetting, and verification processes.
• Familiarity with Highway, RMIS, CarrierOK, DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate confidently with US-based business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.

Important Requirement

This is not a generic telecalling position. Candidates must have relevant exposure to the US freight and logistics industry and a strong business development mindset.
