Location: Vasai, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹9 LPA (As per experience and suitability)

Experience: 4–10 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Industry: Automotive | Plastic Injection Mould Manufacturing | Tooling & Engineering Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across automotive, non-automotive, and export markets.

Generate leads through market research, customer visits, exhibitions, networking, and industry connections.

Handle customer enquiries, RFQs (Request for Quotations), techno-commercial quotations, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with DFM, Tool Design, Project, Costing, Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality teams for timely quotation submission and project updates.

Follow up on quotations, conduct commercial negotiations within approved guidelines, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing OEMs, automotive customers, and Tier-1 suppliers.

Monitor sales pipelines, RFQ trackers, order booking, customer visits, and sales MIS reports.

Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables.

Support sales planning, competitor analysis, market intelligence, customer audits, and business development strategies.

Candidate Profile

4–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Sales Coordination.

Experience in automotive, plastic injection mould manufacturing, mould and die, tooling, or engineering solutions is preferred.

Understanding of RFQ management, techno-commercial quotations, tool development processes, and customer negotiations.

Good communication, presentation, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of engineering drawings, DFM, and tooling concepts will be an added advantage.

Ability to develop new customers, manage sales pipelines, and achieve business development targets.
