About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals for our client in the logistics and courier industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business leads through relevant sales channels.

* Acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

* Identify prospective customers, conduct client visits, and convert leads into business.

* Explore new markets and identify growth opportunities.

* Negotiate with clients and close business deals.

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

* Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and sales records.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.

* Mandatory experience in B2C/D2C sales.

* Experience in logistics, courier, or courier aggregator companies will be preferred.

* Candidates with domestic or international logistics sales experience will have an advantage.

* Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and client acquisition skills.
