Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain client and prospect databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Support new client onboarding and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during the sales process.
• Monitor competitors and develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the sales process.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timings

Rotational shifts based on business requirements:

• APAC: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• EMEA: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• US: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
