One more quick-commerce platform is next.This is not a corporate sales job where you sit four levels below the decision. You work directly with the founder. Your ideas get heard in the weekly sales meeting and acted on the same week.

The role
You own Hullo’s offline retail stores in Mumbai and run our quick-commerce accounts day to day.

• Location: Mumbai, on-site (Andheri factory office + your store territory)
• Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with a sales internship, a college fest sponsorship win or any job where you sold something are welcome.
• Reports to: Founder

What you’ll actually do
Half your day is in stores, half at the desk. The reports are already automated, so your job is acting on them, not building spreadsheets.

In the field: you own a territory

• Visit your Mumbai stores on a set route: check our shelf, facings and stock, and fix what’s wrong on the spot.
• Check batch and expiry dates on the shelf. Move or pull back slow, near-expiry stock before it becomes a return.
• Run tastings and push visibility where a product isn’t moving.
• Pitch Hullo to new stores, gyms, cafés and corporate canteens in your area.

At the desk: you run the channels

• Quick commerce: work the quick-commerce seller portals. Approve or reject POs, book delivery slots, fix listings, raise and chase claims.
• Retailers: each month every store sends sales and stock by email. You confirm the suggested reorder, then call for payments that are overdue.
• Weekly reports: every Monday you get ready-made reports on quick commerce and retail. You act on the action items and close them in our task tracker.
• Weekly sales meeting: you present what moved, what didn’t and what you need.

What good looks like after 90 days

• Zero expired Hullo bars on any shelf in your territory.
• Every active store sends its monthly sales and stock report on time.
• No retailer payment more than 30 days overdue without a committed date.
• Protein bars selling steadily on quick commerce in Mumbai, with no stock returned for expiry.
• Hullo live on our next quick-commerce platform.
• At least 3 new stores signed in your territory.

Who we’re looking for

• You follow through. When you say a store is checked or a claim is raised, it is, and you can show it.
• You’re comfortable on the move across Mumbai half the day and talking to store owners in Hindi or Marathi.
• You write a clear, polite email in English.
• You’re at ease with spreadsheets, email and online task tools (we’ll teach you the seller portals).
• You notice numbers: a product not selling, a payment slipping, a batch close to expiry.
• Bonus: an internship or job in FMCG, retail or quick commerce.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
