Business Development Executive- Night shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, and building long-term business relationships with healthcare providers, particularly in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and physician practices.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work in the night shift to communicate with clients in the US time zones.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or US healthcare services is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing processes and the US healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office is preferred.

Shift: Night Shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
