The Role:

• Consult & Educate: Partner with oncologists, surgical oncologists, molecular pathologists, and genetic counselors to present our advanced molecular diagnostics, cancer genetics, and precision oncology solutions.
• Drive Revenue: Manage and grow key hospital accounts, oncology centers, and specialized diagnostic networks within your assigned territory.
• Strategic Networking: Build deep, long-lasting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical decision-makers in the oncology space.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven sales experience specifically in molecular diagnostics, oncology testing, genomics, or specialized healthcare sales.
• Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharm (Degrees in Biotechnology, Genetics, or related life sciences fields are strongly preferred).
• Skills: High-level scientific acumen, exceptional consultative selling ability, and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the territory to manage key accounts.
