Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Techsorize, you will be at the forefront of client acquisition, relationship management, and marketing strategy. This role blends sales, marketing, and social media management to drive new opportunities and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry research. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients. Marketing Strategy Collaborate with the creative team to build go-to-market strategies for new campaigns or services. Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Contribute to branding, positioning, and promotional efforts. Social Media & Digital Outreach Assist in planning and managing social media campaigns for both the company and its clients. Engage with audiences across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor performance. Work with the content team to develop engaging posts, reels, and campaign ideas. Monitor analytics and provide reports on growth, engagement, and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or social media (agency experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in using social media platforms.
