Jewel Casa is a B2B jewellery platform connecting retail jewellers with 90+ manufacturers. Jewel Saathi, our software suite, helps jewellers go digital with a website, mobile app, order and karigar management, whatsapp selling and gold silver savings tracking.

Responsibilities

Call warm leads daily - website, whatsapp/Meta campaigns and field-sales referrals.

Run live screen-share demos tailored to each jeweller's business.

Handle objections, share proposals, follow up and close deals.

Log every call, demo and outcome in the CRM the same day.

Hand closed deals to onboarding with complete notes.

Requirements

1-4 years in tele-sales or inside sales, with experience closing deals.

Confident running online demos and explaining software simply.

Fluent Hindi and working English, Gujarati or Marathi a plus.

SaaS/POS/billing software sales or jewellery trade exposure preferred.

What We Offer

Fixed salary(35000 - 40000)+uncapped monthly incentive (open), warm leads, full product training, and a growth path to Senior BDE.
