Business Development Executive / IT Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. BTech (IT) inclined for Sales role
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in IT industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling ERP and/or cloud-based solutions.

• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of EST time zone and willingness to work during EST timings (US Timings).
