Ltd. is looking for experienced Business Development Managers and Intern with 0 to 2+ Years of Experience who can generate new client engagements and recruitment mandates across industries. (Those who have worked in Consultancy, Staffing and recruitment only can apply as Business Development Executive )

Role Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients requiring recruitment, staffing, and executive search services.
• Generate hiring mandates for permanent, contract, leadership, and project-based recruitment.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth organizations.
• Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
• Excellent Communication.
