Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
