Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Academic Counsellors / Business Development Executives to guide prospective students and parents in selecting suitable educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling, and a strong desire to build a successful career in the EdTech industry.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the company's educational programs through virtual meetings and telephonic interactions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Conduct effective counselling sessions to drive student enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Deliver a professional and exceptional counselling experience throughout the admission process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any one of the following languages:
• Experience in Counselling, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or EdTech Sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
