Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to identify new

business opportunities, build client relationships, and support revenue growth for our

industrial automation and weighing systems division.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and market research

 Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients  Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team to propose

suitable solutions
 Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business presentations Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions (CRM/reports) Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required

 Coordinate with the internal sales and service teams to ensure smooth order execution

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field)
 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers with

strong communication skills may apply)
 Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally for client visits Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Good to Have

 Prior exposure to industrial products, automation, or B2B sales
 Familiarity with CRM tools

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
