Business Development Executive (Experience: 4–6 Years)

Altroz Technologies provides HRMS and technology solutions that help businesses simplify HR operations, improve workforce management, and streamline business processes.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune.

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for our HRMS and SaaS products.
• Connect with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Manage sales follow-ups and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.

• 4–6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or IT solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• A target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
