Business Development Executive (BDE) – College Visits & Seminars

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, field sales, or educational institute coordination, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Details:

• Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Work Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges and educational institutions to establish and develop business partnerships.
• Coordinate and conduct seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with college management, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and placement coordinators.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote company initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute college visits, seminars, and other events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Educational Institute Coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel for college visits, seminars, and institutional meetings.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build long-term professional relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
