Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Debt Advisory firm.

The role involves identifying and sourcing clients looking for secured business or property loans, understanding their requirements, collecting necessary documents and maintaining regular follow-ups until loan disbursement.

This is a client-facing and field-based role involving regular client visits. The candidate will not be required to coordinate directly with banks or NBFCs, as this will be handled by our internal credit and banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads from clients looking for secured business or property loans with a minimum loan requirement of ₹2 Crore.
• Conduct preliminary checks to understand whether clients have sufficient collateral against the loan.
• Collect financial and KYC documents, including ITRs, bank statements, GST returns, financial statements and property documents.
• Coordinate with clients and guide them through the loan documentation process.
• Conduct regular client visits for document collection, relationship building and follow-ups.
• Maintain lead records, client status and document tracking using CRM or Excel.
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Experience and Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Debt Advisory, Loan Sales or Secured Lending.
• Good client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
