Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager ( FMCG- Healthy Snack) Dombivli

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop new business across corporate gifting and other B2B channels.
• Appoint and manage distributors, super stockists, modern trade, and retail partners.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, pitch products, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
• Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools for B2B prospecting.
• Build strong client relationships, drive repeat orders, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify new markets and strategic partnerships to increase revenue.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Existing corporate, institutional, or distributor network preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/BBA preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
