Job Title: Business Development Executive – Sales & Marketing Department: Marketing Location: On-site – Vardiano Technologies, 2010-11, Tower A, Bhutani Alphathum, Sec. 90, Noida – 201305 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month About the Company: Vardiano Technologies is a dynamic and growing organization operating IT services outsourcing We’re looking for a driven and persuasive individual to be the face of our outreach efforts and play a key role in expanding our partnerships and client base. Key Responsibilities: • Reach out to BPO companies to identify and connect with key decision-makers or heads of departments. • Schedule business meetings with potential BPO partners to explore tie-ups and collaboration opportunities. • Communicate logistics service offerings to dealers over phone calls, sharing pricing structures and policies. • Set up meetings with interested dealers to further discuss business opportunities. • Maintain a log of all conversations and scheduled meetings for tracking and follow-up purposes. Skills Required: • Strong communicator with excellent verbal skills (Hindi & English preferred). • Confident in handling calls and building rapport quickly. • Organized and target-oriented, with the ability to schedule multiple meetings efficiently. • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or B2B calling is an added advantage.
