Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) with prior experience in Education Sales, Student Counselling, or Course Sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls, and the ability to convert prospective student enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
• Connect with potential students to understand their educational requirements and career goals.
• Explain courses, fee structures, batches, and programme details effectively.
• Generate admissions by converting enquiries into successful sales.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programmes.
• Schedule student counselling sessions and campus visits.
• Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update follow-up status.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in Education Sales or EdTech.
• Prior experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
• Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
• Experience in lead management, follow-ups, and conversion.
• Target-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
