Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Full-Time (On-Site), Saisha Nilayam, M 43 & 44, near RK Lawn, Mansarovar Sector 7, Shipra Path, Raghu Vihar, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020 Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (No salary bar for the right candidate. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.) About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue targets. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and professional networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements and present customized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations tailored to client needs. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, prospects, and client communication in CRM tools. Provide timely reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.(Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales techniques and client engagement practices. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
