Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Monthly Take-Home)

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Prospecting & Lead GenerationConduct in-depth market analysis, scanning, profiling, and lead generation targeting Diagnostic Centres, Hospitals, and Healthcare providers.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective corporate healthcare accounts.2. Client Acquisition & MeetingsDeliver tailored business presentations matching client requirements.Conduct client meetings (PAN India travel required) and maintain regular, structured follow-ups.
3. Commercials & Sales ClosuresDraft commercial proposals, negotiate agreement terms, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.Ensure consistent month-on-month (MoM) business growth.4. Relationship & Retention ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key healthcare decision-makers to drive high client onboarding and long-term retention.Requirements & EligibilityEducation: Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Medical Sales (excluding pharmaceutical sales). Experience pitching to hospitals or diagnostic chains is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills. Knowledge of regional/additional Indian languages is an added advantage.
Travel Readiness: Open and comfortable with PAN India travel for client meetings.
Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and hungry for client onboarding and business expansion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
