Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–5 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing dealer networks, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company's electric vehicle products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automobile and electric vehicle market.
• Generate leads through market research, field visits, networking, and customer referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and prospective customers.
• Support dealer network expansion and appoint new dealers in assigned territories.
• Promote the company's electric vehicle products and explain their features, benefits, and commercial value.
• Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and assess competitor activities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and lead pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development in the automobile industry.
• Experience in dealer development, channel sales, or electric vehicle sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of market development, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and business development activities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
