What you'll do :We help children build sharper minds through programs that strengthen cognitive and mathematical skills, and we need someone to carry that story to Pune's schools.Walk into schools across Pune, meet principals and coordinators, and turn conversations into partnershipsPitch our programs in a way that makes parents and educators say, "We need this."Counsel families and convert Meta leads into enrollments by listening first, then guidingFollow up, build trust, and keep relationships strong.Find new opportunities through local networking and community outreachKeep clean records of leads, visits, and conversionsWork with our internal team so every sign-up gets a smooth startChase monthly targets for school tie-ups and conversionsYou might be our person if you:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related fieldHave 2–3 years in sales, business development, or educational marketing (EdTech, coaching, or schools is a big plus)Have already done school tie-ups or community outreachPitch, negotiate, and counsel with confidence.Speak fluent English and Hindi, plus a regional languageEnjoy field work and local travel more than a desk.Are self-driven and energised by targetsWhat success looks likeNew school tie-ups School visits Lead counselling Meta lead conversion New enrollments Revenue Strong relationshipsWhy you'll love it.You'll be back home, doing work that shapes how kids learn, with real ownership and results you can see.
