Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month + incentives

Brimbus is a creative branding and design agency helping businesses stand out through brand identity, design, social media and digital campaigns. We're looking for a Business Development Executive who already speaks the language of agencies and knows how to turn a conversation into a signed deal.

What You'll Do

• Find and approach new clients (startups, SMEs and corporates) who need branding, advertising and digital marketing services
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email outreach, networking and referrals
• Pitch our services with confidence and send proposals, quotations and pitch decks
• Meet clients, understand their brand goals and present the right solution
• Negotiate, handle objections and close deals every month
• Work closely with our design, content and social media teams so projects start smoothly
• Keep your pipeline and follow-ups updated and report progress regularly
• Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of business development or sales experience in an ad agency, branding agency, creative agency or digital marketing agency (must have)
• Proven record of generating your own leads and closing deals
• Good understanding of branding, advertising, social media and digital marketing services
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)
• Strong pitching, presentation and negotiation skills
• Own two-wheeler for client meetings
• MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate
