Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Vadapalani, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in visa counselling.
Salary: ₹30,000/month + Incentive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business development and lead generation for our Visa Counselling / International Education services.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through college visits, building institutional relationships, conducting student interactions, and converting prospects into counselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit colleges and educational institutions to generate leads.

· Build relationships with college management, placement cells, and coordinators.

· Conduct student awareness sessions and promote visa/education services.

· Generate, follow up, and convert student leads.

· Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

· Coordinate with the counselling team for lead conversion.

· Achieve monthly visit, lead, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

· 1-3 + years of experience in Business Development, Education Sales, or related fields.

· Strong field sales, networking, and communication skills.

· Willingness to travel for college visits.

· Visa counselling/processing or overseas education experience is an added advantage.

· Good knowledge of international education and visa processes preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
