Business Development & Concierge Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and highly competent person to own the end-to-end

experience of our high-end clients.

If you naturally notice what others miss, anticipate what people need and believe exceptional client experience is built through hundreds of small details, we'd like to meet you.

This is not a receptionist or traditional admin role. You sit between the client, the therapist and the ecosystem around them, ensuring every interaction remains seamless, considered, discreet and deeply human.

The goal is simple: build client relationships that last a lifetime.

What You'll Own

End-to-end client experience

Own the complete client journey — onboarding, scheduling, sessions, follow-ups and ongoing engagement.

Become the single point of contact for clients and their families.

Create a highly personalised, discreet and seamless experience at every touchpoint.

What You'll Own

Concierge & hospitality

Manage calendars, appointments, travel coordination and session logistics with

precision.

Ensure every detail around a client's visit or session has been thought through.

Bring the standards of luxury hospitality into a holistic environment.

Know when to step in, when to step back and, most importantly, how to hold space.

What You'll Own

Technology & innovation

Be extremely comfortable with technology and digital tools, with strong proficiency in

Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.

Use technology to make the client journey more seamless, organised and personalised.

Build client presentations with basic graphic and design tools.

Build systems, workflows and processes that allow us to deliver a consistently exceptional

client experience.

Constantly look for smarter, newer and better ways of working.

What You'll Own

Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records, preferences, schedules and

communication histories.

Remember the details that matter — preferences, important dates, family dynamics,

travel schedules and other relevant context.

Ensure continuity of experience even when multiple people are involved in a client's

journey.

What You'll Own

Sales & client acquisition

Own the sales funnel end-to-end — from the first enquiry to a confirmed, onboarded client.

Hold discovery meetings and consultations with prospective clients and their families.

Host in-house tours of our space, making every first visit feel warm and considered.

Follow up with every lead promptly and thoughtfully, so no conversation is left open.

Track the pipeline and report on progress using Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.

Experience We Would Value

Background in luxury hospitality, premium client servicing, executive concierge, private

client management, luxury travel, high-end healthcare/wellness, or premium relationship

management.

Expats with experience in the mental health and wellness space will have an added

advantage.

Experience: 3–5 years in the hospitality industry.

Role: Full-time, reporting to the founder.

Salary: Competitive; open to negotiation based

on experience and fit.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
